As Head of the Manpower Division, I am responsible for managing the full lifecycle of international workforce solutions, from recruitment and selection through regulatory compliance and permitting, to successful onboarding and employment start.

Drawing on several years of experience in temporary staffing and international recruitment, my work is strongly focused on legal compliance, transparent operations, and the development of long-term, sustainable partnerships. I place particular emphasis on aligning workforce solutions with both local regulations and the strategic objectives of our partners.

My goal is to provide reliable, predictable, and high-quality manpower solutions that not only address immediate labor needs but also create measurable, long-term business value for our partners.

I currently lead a division at FAD Global, where I am responsible for integrated service solutions supporting the Filipino workforce in Hungary.

My role covers several interconnected service areas, including travel-related solutions, digital connectivity support, and financial and complementary services. My focus is on ensuring that these services operate as part of a coherent, people-centered system rather than as isolated offerings.

I work closely with European companies and partners to develop solutions that make workforce-related processes more predictable, efficient, and accessible for workers, while also providing structured and scalable service models for employers. 

My long-term focus is on building sustainable service frameworks that create business value while delivering real, practical support for the everyday lives of the international workforce.

In Hungary, we offer solutions to meet the growing demand for tropical fruits and seafood. Products such as mango, pineapple, coconut, as well as fresh and processed seafood, cannot be produced domestically due to climatic conditions, yet demand for them is steadily increasing. At the same time, I believe that high-quality Hungarian food products and specialty goods can successfully enter the Philippine market, offering unique value for local businesses and the hospitality sector.

My goal is to strengthen trade relations between Hungary and the Philippines by building value-based, long-term, sustainable, and mutually beneficial partnerships.

As the Head of FAD Global’s Fintech Division, I bring nearly 20 years of experience in IT, overseeing the design, development, and operation of the Group’s digital and technology solutions.

My professional background spans media and customer care systems, platform-based solutions, and IoT technologies, with a strong focus on scalability, security, and business integration. I am responsible for leading the development of integrated platforms, business intelligence solutions, and mobile applications across the FAD Global ecosystem, as well as ensuring end-to-end IT operations, providing a unified, reliable, and business-driven technological foundation for the Group’s divisions.

Hungary has a long-standing tradition in agriculture and food production, with internationally recognized products such as hungarikum specialties, mangalica pork, foie gras, premium wines, sparkling wines, and craft beers. At the same time, cooperation creates opportunities in both directions. Hungary’s market shows increasing demand for tropical fruits and seafood products that cannot be cultivated locally due to climatic conditions, including mango, pineapple, coconut, and seafood.
